Finally added the little sucker… December 18
So… I finally added the little sucker on the right. That’s right, I am an official winner of NaNoWriMo. Woohoo!
I do have a word count update, but I’ve forgotten the exact amount. Suffice it to say, I had to revamp a lot of the last minute typing I did to reach 50,000 words the final night. It was the writer’s equivalent to “whoring”, which I know isn’t PC or anything, but it’s true. I wrote basic BS (yes… that deserves capitalization). I deleted a lot, but added a few besides rewriting a couple of scenes.
I endeavor to finish this story. I have great plans for it even. First thing is first, finish it. Second thing is obviously second, start on rewrites. Third thing is… well… may end up being like fourth or fifth, get honest critiques from a few miserable souls. (Miserable after they read the story…. not before. Sorry.)
